Please note that Gravis will be making the payment on Harmony Solar’s behalf i.e., once we receive your invoice, we will then invoice Harmony Solar for the fee and once they have paid us, we will pay your invoice directly.

We would really appreciate if you could draft the website as much as possible now and leave a placeholder for the drawings. We will send the drawings on to you as soon as received.

In terms of timelines, when is the earliest you can get the website drafted? If it were possible to do in the next week or so that would be great.

Could you please provide two separate quotes to supply a website for each project. The project website should be based on the spec for the Ardgoulbeg Solar Farm.

Either way we will ask the lead consultants to subcontract these websites on an open book arrangement. We’ll see the fee’s you charge and pay them an agreed admin and project management fee. Lisa Shannon, Gravis project manager for the Kildallan project is cc’d.

Can you confirm if you are ok with this.

Is it possible to get these two quotes by Friday 28 July.

We would probably need the website for Kildallan in about 4-6 weeks. The other one a few weeks later.
