Hi Kieran,

We had a quick look at website this morning and some changes have not yet been made (see below). Can you review and make the changes asap?

Welcome

  • Remove sentence: ‘It is proposed that electricity will be exported to the national electricity grid through a connection to the proposed Clondardis 110 kV substation (currently under consideration by An Bord Pleanála), located approximately 6.8km from the proposed solar farm site.’
  • Add full stop after (R393).

About This Project

  • Last sentence in ‘Applicant and Wider Team’ section – reference to ‘Harmony Solar Milltown Ltd’ – this should read ‘Harmony Solar Kildallan Ltd’.
  • Change text in 2nd para in ‘The Proposed Solar Farm’ to read “Electricity will be exported to the national electricity grid through a connection point approximately 6.8km from the proposed solar farm site. The grid connection will be installed as an underground cable in the public road”.
  • 3rd last para. Remove “of land”

Project Details:

  • Site Location Plan to be updated with latest version attached.

Kind regards,

Seamus

Importance: High

Hi Kieran,

Further to my email below, please find attached Site Location Map to be used on project page. The previous iteration can be removed and replaced with the attached.

On the welcome page, the townlands text need updated as below:

  • Update text to read – ‘Harmony Solar Kildallan Ltd. intends to apply to Westmeath County Council for planning permission for the development of a solar farm within the townlands of Toor Commons, Ballysallagh (Fox), Ballyhug, Ballysallagh (Tuite), Ballyhoreen, Kill, Balroe, Cartron, Grange, Kildallan North, Kildallan, Parcellstown, Clondardis, Slane More and Walshestown South Co. Westmeath, approximately 1.3km east of Ballynacargy village and 9.7km northwest of the town of Mullingar’ – update the text as stated for now but we still need to confirm the townland names – confirmation will be sent across alongside the site location plan which will follow in due course.

Can all updates be made by COB today? Fred is meeting the landowners on Monday and would like to show the website to them.

Many thanks.

Kind Regards,

LISA SHANNON

Hi Kieran,

Both Gravis and Harmony have reviewed the website content. We note that there are still some visuals to be added to a ‘Project’ Section – Can you please create this section and include the ‘typical project details’ visuals used for Cortown Solar Farm website https://cortownsolarfarm.ie/documents/ .

Just include a placeholder for the Site Location Plan for now as this will follow shortly. We are hoping you can finalise the website by Friday. Can you confirm this is achievable?

In the meantime, can you please update the website as follows:
